Table of contents
Wow, what a ride 2023 has been! As we're all prepping to welcome 2024 with open arms and new resolutions, let's take a quick look back at the remarkable year we've had together in this very last newsletter of the year.
SaaS Security Trends Recap
🏆 The "Are They Really Gonna Take Over" Award
This year revealed a fascinating trend — over 30% of companies now regularly use at least 5 different AI apps.
🏆 The Ultimate Connector Award
Slack emerged as the king of connectivity, leading the way in app-to-app connections. GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket secured their spot as the second most connected tools. (High-five to engineers ✋)
🏆 The 'Sharing is Caring, But Let's Not Overdo It' Award
We noticed a curious trend with OpenAI, Grammarly, and Webflow. They were the leading tools with the most shared accounts.
🏆 The "Seriously, Another Password?" Plaque
Categories with the highest number of weak passwords were Marketing, Education, and Productivity tools. It's a wake-up call for us to strengthen our SaaS passwords. 🤝
