What is a user? How is it billed?
User is an employee of the company Resmo helps track and secure. This user must be present in Google Workspace or Azure AD. You can merge bot users with actual users so you don't pay for them.
The minimum number of users required is 10. There is no maximum number limitation. If your company has more than 1000 users, contact us to get a volume discount!
How do you discover users and apps? Is there any gap?
Resmo discovers app usage via different methods offering complete visibility. We use a combination of Google Workspace, Azure AD, 100+ other integrations, browser extension, and emails. You can choose between different methods to close gaps in your discovery.
What are the available payment options?
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit & debit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your account will be charged in US Dollars. Custom contract and wire option are available for the enterprise plan.
Do you offer discount for startups?
If your startup is under 3 years old and funded up to $2M, you may be allegeable for a 50% discount for SaaS Security plan. Fill out the form to see if you qualify.
